Excuse #1: You're too busy? Who is too busy to protect their health? Your health and fitness must be just as important to you as your job! Perhaps more so.

Excuse #2: You can't afford it? With today's medical costs and the skyrocketing cost of medical insurance, you cannot afford NOT to protect your health and fitness!

Excuse #3: You've never worked out and you're too old (or too young, or too fat) to start now?

You MUST start, and immediately! Most of us do not do the heavy manual labor of our grandparents' generation. Our bodies were built to be active. They were not built to sit on the couch! So either plow the north forty, or join Boomers and Beyond!

Don Whitaker -
I am usually able to gauge the level of success my clients will achieve by the first words out of their mouths. "I think I'd like to start working out," or "I'm thinking about joining the gym," are statements that have no power of commitment behind them.
"I really want to..." or "I'll try to.." are not the words of a committed person! Part of my job as your personal trainer is to raise your level of commitment, and to drag you along if you falter. There can be no room for excuses, and believe me, I've heard them all.

Boomers and Beyond is committed to your success. Nothing happens until a commitment is made. It is true in physical fitness just as it is true in any successful endeavor. If you want to lose weight, or build your strength and endurance, or you want to protect your body from disease, you MUST make a commitment.
